CONS

1. Rate Per Click - This site only pays $0.005 per ad clicked. Although in return this will make the site more stable and able to stay online. But many might not see this site worth their while. Especially if they are use to those other bux sites paying a higher rate. If you want a better rate per click you have to upgrade.

They increased the direct referral limit for standards from 15 to 20. If the site grows they might increase it again. Upgraded members can have more referrals depending on the type of upgrade your purchase.

After a long secret prelaunch we finally decided to launch this wounderful ptc site! Our website is different compared to others and we won't try to be like any other website. We will go into our own direction.

Behind the scenes

This ptc site is started by us, the admins with previous experience from other ptc sites that are still active. We run and manage two ptc sites that pay for more than 6 month now. The sites are www.pplinx.com and www.revbux.com. Although these ptc sites are very different, we do feel that we can do a great job with this ptc site as well.

Future

With time we will improve this website as much as possible and many new features will be introduced. These features will benifit both advertisers and the members.

3. Direct Referral Limits - Currently standards can have up to 50 direct referrals. However with every good thing there is a downside. They will be charging a fee for ref deletion.

4. All Countries? - So far it looks like all countries can join. If anyone is unable to sign up be sure to let us know so we can update our review and let others know.

5. Sell Your Refs! (Update) - The site now allows you to sell off active refs for $0.10 each! Directly to your account balance. Great for those who can refer a lot of people.

CONS

1. New Site - The site is new and payments just have begone. Within time this should not be a issue.

2. Bot Refs? - From the image you would think so. The site implemented a ref sell back program. However some members took advantage of this program and decided to ask users to sign up and and click only a few clicks. When they did this the new user would get 5 cents in their paypal account. Then the referrer would sell the refs for 10 cents. Which by doing this it is fraud and stealing from the site. Guess who suffers from this? The honest members who invest into the site. These investors who buy these refs are then stuck with dead refs that are joining the site for the sake of 5 cents.
So when a member by the name of "gersonfuentes" contacted the site in regards to his purchased refs and how they only clicked 2 times and never clicked again, the staff just blew him off and replied that "It was just a bad pack". See image bellow for details:

You will also find that the admin of earn.bz is coming to our blog, and on other forums trying to discredit this person. A person that has every right to complain about a purchase that they made and poor services received. They have even gone as far as calling this person a "terrorist". Some Things You Should Know...

You may refer 50 people as a standard member, 90 as a silver member and 250 as a gold member.
Standard members are paid 7 days after the payment request. Premium members are paid instantly.
You must accumulate at least $4.00 for your 1st Payment Request. All the other Payment Requests can be requested when you have more than $8.00 in your account balance. You need to view at least 20 websites between your Payment Requests.

Summary:

The site is paying, however as a investor we must recommend caution if you plan on purchasing refs from this site. The staff at earn.bz went out of their way to discredit this individual who complained to us about this site. Yet they resorted to calling him a terrorist, a spammer, a crybaby, and everything else they could throw at him. And for what? Because they feel he was a cheater because his first language is not English? It doesn't take a linguist to figure out that you have just been sold fake referrals.

If you do plan on buying referrals and if you get dead refs don't expect a refund or explanation as to why you received bad refs. After all this is a ptc site. All they care about is money. Once a purchase is made, it is a done deal. You are taking a gamble when you purchase refs from theses PTC sites. Which is why we do not recommend purchasing refs, at any site.

1. Aurora Site - This isn't really a bad thing, but from time to time I will get some who will make a comment about a site that pays a fraction of a cent rather than what a bux site pays. So consider this more of a warning rather than a negative .

This site is a aurora site and the pay per ad is going to be lower than a bux site. If you are use to using bux sites then you might not like using aurora sites. However, most aurora sites have more ads and the have a better success rate of paying their members and on time. Unlike it's bux site competitors. Some people prefer aurora sites and some don't. "To each their own"
2. Restricting Dynamic IPs - You have a IP that changes? You will have to purchase a upgrade ($3) to prove that you are not a cheater. Also be sure to log in to the site with the same computer. Or you will not be paid. Sounds like they have a huge cheater problem.

PAYOUT REQUESTS: This months payout request have left me with an over whelming decision. In past months, we have been able to eliminate a lot of bot users and also multiple accounts. Eliminating China's capability to cash out with out an upgrade has helped but we have begun to see more users from India. I have had just as many problems with India as I had with China. One of the biggest problems that I have come up against is Proxy and Dynamic IP's. In some cases it is easy to spot these uses and in others it is not. As was stated to me by a user and Admin of another site, with a dynamic Ip I can delete them but it is just as easy for them to make another account. This is true and if there is nothing to tie these accounts together besides suspicion.. then there is no real action that I can take. With this being a fact of "it depends" with dynamic IP's, I have decided to enforce a strict policy to all users who have IP's that change. I apologize to our users that do not cheat. I value you as a member of our site and I hope that those of you who are honest can understand why I have made this new change. NEW POLICY: If your IP changes in any way your payout request will be canceled. You will be required to upgrade to at least our smallest package of $3 monthly via Paypal or Alertpay. An upgrade by our points store or account funds will no be acceptable. There will be no exceptions to any user. It does not matter what country you are from or how long you have been with our site. This rule applies to all members who have an IP that changes. If you log in to more than one computer, your request will be canceled and you will be required to upgrade also. To eliminate this from happening, please only use one computer to log in to our site and view ads. 1. Petty Complaints - Like all long running sites, you are going to find one or two who will say they were scammed. We looked at these comments and found they were rushed to judge or did not contact the site when they had a problem. Example: A offer was not credited to their account.

This is a common problem with any site, when you do "complete offers" there will be some that will not credit. I personally don't do offers since you are dealing with the site and the company that is providing the offer. It is up to the advertiser to say you completed the offer and that is where things get dropped. So I tend to stay away from "offers", especially if it is not free and requires a credit card.

We are removing AdPTC from the legit list to our ongoing list. If things do not improve, they can possibly be moved to our watch list. We have been paid by this site and so have others. AdPTC is the same as 70cent.net. A site that decided to split their site into two projects. For those who don't know, 70cent.net was a hybrid site that had a matrix and a ptc site into one. Due to confusion they decided to make it into 2 sites. Which AdPTC is now the ptc part and 7dollars.net is the matrix half. If you were already registered with 70cent.net, you do not have to reregister. Use your same log in info for both the matrix and ptc site.

70cent.net has a history of paying, but due to it being a matrix we were not ready to call it legit. Since so many matrix sites go bust. Now with the site torn into two different sites, and the PTC side is showing payment proofs as well.

Here are the pros & cons of this site:

PROS:

1. Forum - The have a forum. Forums are a great for support, updates and showing off payment proofs. You can find their forum here:

When you see a new site and it has stats that it has paid over $10,000, it is going to make some suspicious. Of course they are using their stats from their other site. But those who never used 70cent.net would not know this.

2. Dead Refs - Also there are complaints about dead referrals. You are suppose to keep the referrals that you had from the old site, but many are inactive due to the recent changes and the splitting of the site into two sites.

3. Bugs & Glitches - There are some reports of bugs in the site. With new sites, you are going to have these issues. Over time this should not be a issue.

4. Slow Earner - Might be too slow of a earner for some. This site pays a fraction of a cent per ad viewed. Although they do have 5-10 ads daily.

5. Site up for sale? - We are doubting that the site domain is actually for sale. The reason why we have this doubt is because when you look at the whois page is showing the domain for sale but the site thumbnail of the site is outdated and not correct. Also when you click on the link to make a offer on the domain it is showing the seller from Korea. If I am not mistaken, the owner is from the USA.

This site is new so this may be outdated and this is where the current admin bought the site from. I could be wrong, but then again I have not received a response from the admin when we asked about the site domain showing for sale. Could be due to many emails he is receiving daily. If we receive a response the admin or the domain does not show up for sale any longer we will update as soon as we can.

6. Poor Communication - Members are complaining about staff not responding to tickets or emails. We never received a response either when we contacted them regarding the domain showing for sale.

7. Members getting banned - There seems to be a quite a few people that are getting banned from this site. For what reason, we don't know. I do know that someone on their forum stated that it could be that you were reported for spamming others with your referral link. Don't know if that is the real reason or not behind these bannings, but here are some key points in their terms that may earn you a ban if you violate them:

1.2. You can only have one account per one computer/IP. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
1.3. You can use multiple IP addresses. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.
2.3 Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join AdPTC without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.
3.3 If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to circumvent or defraud AdPTC your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
6.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

This site is one of those controversial sites. Some say "It is a scam!" and some will say "Hey, I've been paid by them!". So if you are trying to find out if this is a good site to join, you might feel a little confused on who to believe. We tested the site out, and sure enough, we were paid. They have a matrix plan that you can sign up and join. Note that if you sign up for it, it will cost you a fee. Which is $3. They are calling it "No Matrix Followup".

They have a "shares" plan. Where you can invest in shares and earn more money.

You earn $.0050 per click for Standard member, $.0075 for Silver member and $.0100 for Gold member, 50% Referral Earnings

You earn from .40% until .70% daily in the Shares plan.

The minimum cashout is $2 for first cashout and increase in $1 to the next payments until $10

Gold members get paid waiting 24 Hours, Silver members 5 days and Standar members 10 days.

Summary:
The site is new but it is paying. Be sure to test the site before you think about investing.

Update: We have noticed that certain countries can not join ClixSense, India & China. So we changed the details on who can join this site. We have contacted ClixSense and asked them if this is a new change or a mistake on their sign up page. We will update you as soon as we receive a response.

Here are the pros and cons of ClixSense.com:

Pros:

1. Paying and on time - A very important factor that every PTC should be doing. After all that is the whole reason why we visit these PTC sites.

2. Prizes - They have a game you can play daily. Standard members get 20 chances and premiums get 50 chances. They call it "Clix Grid". You are shown a picture on a grid and you have to find the square that has the prize. When you click the image a new window will open. If that click is not a winner then you will be shown a page submitted by one of their advertisers. If your click is a winner then you will receive a page telling you how much you have won. My first try, I won $1. See screen shots of our winnings.

3. Use your earnings to upgrade - Most sites will not allow this. You can use your earnings to upgrade your account. You must have $10 or more in earnings in order to upgrade. Most will say upgrading is well worth it.

**New** Yes ClixSense now allows you to use your account balance to to upgrade your account to Premium status. Please submit a support request Here and ask us to upgrade your account using your balance. Please note, you must have a balance of $10.00 or more to make this request.

4. Well Established - Site has been online for over 2 years now.

Cons

1. No Forum - Every PTC site should have one, so members can get support from other members and share their experiences with members of that site. Many sites that do not have a forum are scams. However this site seems to be well established and their reputation out weighs it's need for a forum. None the less, it would be a great addition to this site. At least a chat room of some sort. They do have a twitter page you can go here to view it: http://twitter.com/clixsenseinc

2. Alertpay and Paypal not offered - I think this is the biggest complaint abou this site. They only offer check by mail. And of course they have to charge $3 to mail the check. It can get pretty expensive to mail out checks to all these countries. So I don't know why they would not offer Alertpay or Paypal. Many users suggest that you upgrade so the earnings will be greater and the $3 fee will not be as noticable as it would be for a standard user. It only costs $10 to upgrade and the ad count is very high for premium members. After we receive our first cashout as a standard member we plan on upgrading. Since that is the best way to go with this site.

Also, ClixSense now allows you to use your account balance to to upgrade your account to Premium status. Submit a support request and ask to upgrade your account using your balance. Please note, you must have a balance of $10.00 or more to make this request.

3. Whois Private: Owner is hiding their identity.

4. Complaints? - There is one recent incident where a PTC site owner's account was suspended for fraudulent activity. We do not know what is going on behind the scenes, but there is a accusations of foul play...and of course those who are calling this site a scam because of the incident.

The PTC site owner is from Clicksia and the owner of EMS forum. We noticed that his name was always the top referee for clixsense, at times he was referring people in the hundred mark in a 24 hour period. Which I am sure caused his account to be flagged for fraudulent sign ups.

With being the top referrer he was able to rack up huge earnings, as I am sure you can imagine. Which could have pushed ClixSense to their decision. I don't agree with their decisions, but I can see how someone who is referring that amount of people within a 24hr period can make the site unsustainable.

We also noticed that shortly after they changed the earnings you make per sign up, which was once 10 cents per sign up, and is now 1 cent per referral sign up. The change probably was made to avoid this kind thing happening again. I am not sure if ClixSense didn't think it was possible for someone to refer that many people or didn't know that the rate they are paying for each sign up is too high.

I was also informed that some people, from certain countries, are all the sudden not able to join. We don't know if this is a new thing or not, since their terms nor their faq section does not say which countries are restricted. If you go to their sign up page you can't find India or China on the sign up menu. So is this a new thing or did I not notice this before? If so, then why do I have people from India in my downline from just days ago? We have opened a support ticket and as soon as we get answer we will update everyone.

Summary:
As of now we feel it is a paying site. We received our first payment today, but sadly enough we are not confident that this site fits the "trustworthy" badge. Not until some things are corrected and clarified. We will continue to monitor this site. Personally, we have not had any issues with this site.

3. Rented Referrals - We like this option, because if you buy referrals and they happen to be "non clickers" you can recycle them and replace them. Rented referrals have a return policy. If, within 14 days one of your rented referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times.

4. Extra Password Security - They offer the option to have two passwords for someone to log in to their account. Also it shows "failed log ins". Lets say you tried to log in and you mistyped your password, it will show you once you log in the errors. Meaning if someone besides you tries to hack your account you will see it!

5.Paying on time! - Members from Neobux are being paid on time and according to the terms of service. You can see our proofs here:

Cons

1. Click Bank Ads - Some may say this is not a good sign... I have seen ClickBank ads being promoted by Neobux. Which is not too bad, comparing to what some PTC sites do. Most PTC sites will show nothing but clickbank affiliate ads.
I am currently a standard member and I am testing the site from that prospective, with no plans of upgrading. So by doing this, we do not see all the ads from neobux. Only way to see all ads as a standard member, is to load the ad page without logging in. By doing that you should get a idea what kind of advertisers they are getting.

2. Expensive upgrades - while it is free to be a member. And you can earn money as a free member, the upgrades are expensive. Which explains how the site is able to support "auto payments".

3. Starting out slow - When you sign up you will notice that you will not be able to upgrade or refer any people till you have used the site for a period of time:

First of all, you can only have direct referrals after you meet these conditions:
Been a member for at least 30 days
Have made at least 100 clicks

After these conditions are met, the direct referral you can have will be based first on the following limit:
- Standard: 30
- Pioneer: 60
- Golden: 200
- Golden+Pioneer: 250
- Golden/Emerald: 300
- Golden/Sapphire: 300
- Golden/Platinum: 400
- Golden/Diamond: 400
- Golden/Ultimate: 800
Depending on how many days you've been registered, all those days, minus the first 30, will count towards a limit increase.
This means that the older member you are, the more referrals you may have.
The amount will be based on your current membership/pack and the days you're registered (minus 30). This amount will vary and is explained below:
- Standard/Pioneer = Days-30 divided by 4
- Golden (without a pack) = Days-30 divided by 2
- Golden (with a pack) = Days-30
For example, if you have been registered for 330 days (which minus 30 gives 300 days):
- Standard= 30 + (300/4) = 105
- Golden = 200 + (300/2) = 350
- Golden (Ultimate) = 800 + 300 = 1100

Summary:
So far everything else looks good. The members are happy. The site has a very professional look and feel to it. The forum is a friendly place compared to other dark PTC forums. You can cash out after you reach the $2 mark. Instant payout system, and the list goes on.

They seem to have a great shot at making history in the PTC world, if they already haven't.
